Individual Tuition - Terms and Conditions:
- Lessons are conducted in the student's home.
- The students are expected to have their own mathematical equipment i.e. ruler, compass, protractor.
- The tutor will arrive five minutes before the start of the lesson.
- The lessons will be an hour duration unless previously agreed.
- Lessons must be paid for at the end of each lesson.
- Please give as much notice as possible if the student is not able to have a lesson - we reserve the right to charge for a lesson that is cancelled within 24 hours of the booked lesson.
- We strive to provide the best possible service. However, we will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the student. Although we will do everything in our power to help grades and skill sets improve, we can offer no guarantee thereto.

We are not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of use of this tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. You, the client, specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.
Maths Course - Terms and Conditions:
- Fees for this course are as stated in the accompanying letter.
- A place is secured by a non-refundable deposit of £50 or payment in full.
- The balance of fees for the course should be paid in full one week in advance of the course start date.
- Scheduled sessions will always take place on the day and time and venue specified in the letter that accompanies these terms and conditions.
- Please do not send the student to the course if they have any known or suspected condition which may be contagious. In the instance of sickness or diarrhoea, the student must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending the course.
- If you need to cancel your student’s place on the course, please give as much notice as possible. If less than one week’s notice is given, the full fees will still be due. If more than one week’s notice is given, no fees will be due although the £50 deposit will be retained.
- If the student misses some or all of a course, unfortunately no refund can be given.
- We are not liable for lessons cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather conditions, war, pandemics etc. If such events lead to the cancellation of lessons, no refund will be given. However, we will do our best to rearrange the course if possible.
- It is important that students arrive promptly to the start of each session in order that they do not miss the beginning or disrupt the other students. Please also try to collect the student promptly at the end of each session. If you are happy for the student to leave by themselves please sign to confirm in the letter above.
- If driving to the venue, please park safely and considerately. We are not liable for any damage to vehicles whilst parked in the venue’s car park; nor can we be held responsible for any injury to persons whilst moving between their vehicle and the venue.
